Shipping Policy
Free Shipping:
Eligible Items: Free shipping is available on all orders containing only items marked as "Free Shipping Eligible."
Exclusions: Free shipping does not apply to oversized or heavy items, or to orders containing items that are not eligible for free shipping.
In-Store Pickup:
Availability: In-store pickup is available for orders placed online.
+++in store pick up is available Tuesday thru Saturday 9am-5pm.+++
Process: Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification. Simply provide your order number and ID at the time of pickup.
Discounted Shipping:
Larger Orders: For orders over $100 you will receive a discount on your shipping costs.
Calculation: The discount will be automatically applied to your order at checkout.
Shipping Times and Costs:
Standard Shipping: Orders will typically ship within 2 business days of purchase. Standard shipping rates vary based on the weight and size of your order and your shipping address.
Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. Please contact us for more information.
Shipping Carrier:
We use multiple carriers for most of our shipments.
International Shipping:
We currently DO NOT offer international shipping.
Customs and Duties: Please note that you may be subject to import duties and taxes upon receipt of your order. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of the expected delivery date.
For Damaged items: our shippers require pictures of the outside and inside packaging, as well the damaged item to file a claim. We will investigate the matter and provide a resolution.
